Dr. Waleed L. Bukhari
Dr. Waleed Bukhari brings a wealth of expertise to the Advanced Minimally Invasive and Bariatric Surgeries Center at International Medical Center, Jeddah. He completed his MBBS at King Saud University, Saudi Arabia, in 1984. Following this, he pursued specialist medical training at the University of Gottingen, Germany, where he earned his Masters in Laparoscopic Surgery in 1992. He further expanded his skills with a Diploma in Organ Transplant from the University of Pittsburgh, PA, in 1994.
Dr. Bukhari has served as a Senior Consultant Surgeon in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and currently holds the same esteemed position at our center. He is an active member of several professional societies, including the German Surgical Society, American College of Surgeons, Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons, and the European Chapter of Endoscopic Surgery.
Renowned for his contributions to the field of minimally invasive surgery, Dr. Bukhari is widely published in academic journals and is a regular presenter at professional conferences. His dedication to advancing surgical techniques and improving patient outcomes underscores his exceptional career.
