Mr. Paul Gregersen’s educational achievements, including his Master of Business Administration from NIMBAS-Bradford School of Management and completion of the Advanced Management Programme from the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania, demonstrate his commitment to continuous learning and professional development. His strong academic foundation equips him with the necessary skills to drive strategic planning and implement best practices at IMH.

With over 20 years of experience in healthcare leadership, Mr. Paul Gregersen has consistently shown a passion for transformation and growth. He has successfully led teams in delivering high-quality services, fostering a culture of engagement and excellence. This dedication to service and continuous improvement aligns perfectly with IMH’s mission of providing exceptional healthcare to our patients. Throughout his career, Mr. Paul Gregersen has held key leadership roles, including Hospital Director at the multinational Bupa Group and CEO and Managing Director at Estia Health in Aged Care. He has also demonstrated his global perspective and expertise by serving as Chairman of joint-venture companies and CEO of Hospitals Greater in China. His diverse experience in different healthcare settings positions him well to navigate the complexities of the healthcare industry and drive IMH’s success.
Prior to joining IMH, Mr. Paul Gregersen served as Network Hospital Director at the Spire Group in Edinburgh, UK.
